Juan is EPA Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting certified and has nearly 20 years of experience in construction, with a particular specialty in painting. Juan has been a subcontractor and a foreman, supervising large crews in both interior and exterior painting projects. He has worked for well respected San Francisco painters Modamas Fine Painting and Sourdough Painting.
